About Cinematic Solutions
Your purpose. Our experience.
You know your organization from the inside. We bring a fresh perspective and years of production experience, taking the time to understand what you want to communicate and why it matters before shaping the film together.

Where does a way of working begin?Scott Kemp shares the journey behind Cinematic Solutions and the perspective that guides the work today.

Meet Scott Kemp
The person and perspective behind the camera.
Scott Kemp is the owner and manager of Cinematic Solutions. His photography and filmmaking grew from creating promotional media for a lodge in Alaska, where he learned to notice the people, places, and details that make an experience worth sharing.
That perspective shapes the questions he brings to each project: what do people need to understand about your organization, and what could we show them?
Scott manages your project with filming and editing support from the wider Highway 20 team.
Before the brief
A photographer’s eye before the brief.
Before photography became part of the work at Cinematic Solutions, Scott entered his own images in the Benton County Fair. In 2019, his photographs received four first-place awards, six second-place awards, two third-place awards, and two honorable mentions.
The subjects included portraits, wildlife, and Oregon landscapes. It was an early expression of the attention to people, place, and detail he brings to the camera.

Different organizations. Different reasons to make a film.
A recruiting film for Albany Fire Department. A hospitality promotion for Saltery Lodge. A showcase of BC Contracting's quality of work. Each begins with a different purpose. That range of experience informs the questions we ask about your audience, your message, and what you hope the film will accomplish.
Feel comfortable sharing what you know.
You do not need to be an actor to tell a meaningful story about your work. We prepare the people involved, guide the conversation, and create room for employees, customers, and community members to speak in their own words. You know what matters; we help bring it out on camera.

Care for the story all the way through.
The details we film, the sound you hear, and the way the edit unfolds all shape what your audience takes away. Your feedback helps us keep that work connected to the original purpose. We also plan where the finished film will be shared, from a website or presentation to recruiting, training, events, or an ongoing campaign, and agree on the versions those uses need.
Ready to talk
